When you contact us or reserve a visit, we receive what you choose to share: your name, your contact details, and anything you write in a message or intake form. Scheduling runs through our booking provider, which processes the appointment details you enter. Like most websites, ours also records basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to schedule and manage your care, and to improve the site. Health information shared in the course of care is handled under the privacy practices we follow as a healthcare office, which we review with you at your first visit.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who make the site and scheduling work, and only to the extent needed to do so.
Your choices
